Victoire de Lencquesaing is a French ceramicist and designer born in 1989, based between Lisbon and Paris.
With Main Edition, she is modelling objects whose morphologies are inspired by the shapes of her hands. Open and offering, her creations are criss-crossed by mythological symbols and personal references.
Victoire has collaborated with publishers (Chose Commune), architects studios (Reinh, Atelier AAAV),restaurants in Lisbon (Cherie Paloma and Fares), hotels (Tribe Paris) and perfumers (Atelier Cologne/L‘Oréal).
During LDW24, Victoire de Lencquesaing curated Casa do Cura, inviting Portugal based designers & artists to present their works in a Lapa house, renovated by her and Atelier AAAV.
